For historical (or whatever) reasons, I decided to leave the old version of the homepage here, even though the new incarnation is alive and kicking at cabinfevermedia.com.

I wasn't too keen on trying to incorporate some of the material here into the new site, as it felt a bit outdated and not fully representative of where I am today.

At the same time, there has been a steady stream of emails from people asking me to please make the material available online again, so - well - why not? I even made some additions with work that was made during this period but that for some reason never got published the first time around
